Vision 2030: 10 facilities we must have in each and everyone of our 774 local government areas over the next 10 years if we want to win the war against poverty

(1) At least three primary schools
(2) At least one secondary school
(3) One vocational technical college
(4) One library
(5) One Internet cafe
(6) One sports centre
(7) One general hospital
(8) One police station to provide security
(9) One food processing or industrial plant
(10) One railway network station to link it up to the rest of the country
