Sporting Lagos finalizes the acquisition of Anthony Nnamdi from Dakkada FC
Sporting Lagos has finalized a one-year contract signing of Anthony Nnamdi, with the midfielder joining the club for an undisclosed fee. The official unveiling took place on Friday at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena in Onikan.
The 19-year-old departed Dakkada after the club's relegation to the Nigeria National League (NNL) last season. Nnamdi, who had earned recognition as one of the top midfielders in the NPFL last season, is determined to compete for a regular starting position at Sporting Lagos in the upcoming season.
