"Garba Shehu reveals that President Buhari spends four days a week on his farm."

Garba Shehu, the media aide to former President Muhammadu Buhari, disclosed that Buhari has been dedicating his time away from the office to tending to his farm in Daura, Katsina State.

In a statement titled 'One Hundred Days after Buhari' released on Thursday, Shehu explained that Buhari chose to stay in Daura to maintain a considerable distance from Abuja, so as not to interfere with the new APC administration and to ensure he could enjoy a good rest.

The statement further elaborated, "He devotes four days a week to his farm and is delighted with the progress of his crops and animals. While he does get ample rest, his visits have not diminished. To manage his busy schedule, a weekly program is prepared for him, similar to what was done while he resided in the Villa."

Shehu mentioned that the former President regularly welcomes a diverse range of "special guests," including loyal party members, grassroots organizations, farmers, craftsmen, artists, performers, healthcare professionals, religious leaders, community elders, and various other experts and individuals.

Shehu also pointed out that critics have been unwilling to recognize the accomplishments of Buhari during his tenure.

"The Buhari government has made substantial improvements in every aspect. Over the past eight years, we have witnessed significant positive transformations. However, as the saying goes, it's more challenging to awaken someone who is pretending to be asleep than someone who is genuinely asleep."

"Bullies who have targeted governments and made accusations about mysterious occurrences will persist in their criticism of Buhari out of frustration stemming from missed opportunities. There's a specific Buhari 'detractor' who once held a position as a Military Governor in one of the Northern States. Even his basic necessities were provided through public funds. Upon their arrival, they released criminals, thieves, and those involved in the illegal trade, even providing them with startup capital.

In a matter of weeks, Kaduna, and indeed other areas, saw a resurgence in criminal activities, yet he has the audacity to voice his opinions as he did. Society has no tolerance for such baseless nonsense!

President Tinubu, a seasoned politician, will also see through their pretenses. Muhammadu has fulfilled his role and moved on. History will pass judgment on him, and I believe it will be fair," Shehu asserted.
