Burna Boy suggests that women often perceive things in a manner contrary to reality

During a recent interview with Kiss FM London in the United Kingdom, Burna Boy, the Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, expressed his view that women frequently have a contrary perspective to reality. He made this statement while discussing the inspiration behind his hit song 'City Boys,' stating that being a 'City Boy' involves prioritizing oneself in relationships with women.

Burna Boy explained, "A City Boy is someone who prioritizes himself, particularly in the context of relationships with women. It's not about selfishness in the bigger picture. Let me give you an example of what I mean. As a City Boy, I might say, 'You know what? I'm taking everyone shopping right now, and you can all pick out what you like.' Why do I do that? I do it simply because it's a stylish thing to do, and it makes me feel good. You catch my drift? That's the essence of being a City Boy. It's not about you; it's about doing something stylish."

He went on to say, "Women often perceive things differently from reality. If it were a City Girl, she might see it from the opposite perspective. She might not grasp the reasoning behind it and might think, 'Oh... After you guys went shopping, you might have pulled a fast one on us.' That's what a City Girl might believe."
