Another Coza member accuses Pastor Fatoyinbo of having his way with her during church meeting

Another Coza member accuses Pastor Fatoyinbo of having his way with her during church meeting

COMMONWEALTH of Zion Assembly (Coza) founder Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo has been accused of another sexual assault by another member of his church who alleged that he molested her when she went to visit him.

Last week, Pastor Fatoyinbo was accused by the wife of musician Timi Dakolo, Busola, of raping her in Ilorin years ago. Pastor Fatoyinbo, who has denied the allegations, admitted, however, that Busola once attended the same church with his family and has since filed a libel suit against her.

However, the media attention the case has attracted has forced him to stand down as Coza’s general overseer. Now, another lady has come forward to accuse the flashy clergyman of sexual molestation when she made a usual call to his house to discuss activities relating to the church.

She said that during the visit, at some point while she was seated on the couch, Pastor Fatoyinbo, whom she had always seen as a role model, joined her on the sofa and started to touch her inappropriately. She added that she kept telling him to stop what he was about to do but he remained adamant and told her to relax.

This, she said, he kept saying until he took off her clothes and forcefully had his way with her. However, the lady said she did not cry or raise any alarm after the act but Pastor Fatoyinbo became remorseful and started apologising for his actions, stressing that he never meant to hurt her.
